Forge Recording is the Philadelphia area’s premier source for audio and video production, podcasts, band rehearsals, live events, audition videos, singer/songwriter and audio engineering lessons, and much, much more.

For more than 40 years, Forge Recording has served thousands of musicians and businesses throughout the Delaware Valley and beyond. In 2003 the company moved from Valley Forge (thus the name “Forge Recording”) into a new company-owned world-class headquarters in Oreland, PA. Designed by the Walters-Storyk Design Group (Electric Lady Studios, Jazz at Lincoln Center), the 7,100 square foot facility earned a coveted Mix Foundation Tec Award nomination for Best Studio Design.

To provide artists of all levels the creative tools to succeed in their pursuits, the company opened The Academy at Forge Recording in 2014. This 2,000 square foot renovation added production studios and rehearsal space, providing the ultimate environment to learn, rehearse, record and succeed. In 2019 the company added a podcast studio, and upgraded the lobby area to facilitate listening parties and other live events. (Look for exciting news of a major expansion in 2020.)

Under the direction of producer/engineer/musician Ron DiSilvestro, along with an extensive network of industry professionals, Forge Recording has received accolades from delighted clients and has established an impressive reputation for excellence.
